I feel so sorry for people that settle for something one sided, whether it’s a friendship or a romantic relationship or whatever. That’s such a waste of time and energy and emotion. It doesn’t make you needy or clingy or any other stupid adjective to want your partner to be there for you one hundred percent if you’re giving them one hundred percent. It’s honestly one of the saddest things to watch someone be in a relationship where they’re giving so much and getting nothing back.
